Her practice involves working with the client in structuring and documentation, and obtaining product rulings and private binding rulings from the ATO.
Kirsten's experience includes advising on listed and unlisted equity derivatives (including swaps, warrants, protected lending products, structured options, CFDs and DPAs), managed investment trusts and employee share schemes. Her practice also involves her advising on, structuring and documenting a range of inbound and outbound cross-border structured financing and investment transactions for Australian and non-resident financial institutions and government owned entities.
Amongst others, Kirsten acts for various Macquarie Group Limited business divisions, UBS, Credit Suisse, Challenger, CBA, and certain foreign government entities and foreign pension funds.
