Alistair Fleming is a Special Counsel specialising in financial restructuring, workouts, turnarounds and complex insolvencies, with a particular focus on distressed investment and special situations.
Alistair has experience advising lenders, investors, insolvency practitioners, debtors and corporate/security trustees in respect of large and complex distressed financial situations and formal insolvencies, across a variety of sectors including mining and resources, financial markets, construction, property, communications and agriculture.
Alistair is also admitted to practice in Hong Kong and has significant cross-border experience throughout Asia including in China and Singapore, having worked in the Hong Kong office of a major international law firm for two years.
Alistair is also a Certified Turnaround Professional Associate.
