Clayton Utz has advised ASX-listed Ridley Corporation Limited ("Ridley Corporation") on the sale of Cheetham Salt Limited ("Cheetham Salt") to Hong Kong based CK Life Sciences Int'l, (Holdings) Inc., for $150 million. The sale was announced to the market on 29 November 2012.
