Media Release: Clayton Utz advises Tattarang on ASX listing of Swoop Holdings

Perth, 27 May 2021: Clayton Utz has advised Tattarang, one of Australia's largest private investment groups, on the ASX listing of Swoop Holdings Limited (ASX: SWP).

The listing was effected via the acquisition of Swoop Telecommunications and NodeOne by Stemify Limited, with the relisted company renamed Swoop Holdings Limited. Trading of shares in Swoop Holdings commenced on ASX today.

Perth Corporate partner Mark Paganin and special counsel Stephen Neale led the Clayton Utz team that worked alongside Tattarang's team, with key support from lawyer William Davies (Corporate) and partner Peter Feros and special counsel Cameron Forbes (Tax).

Swoop Telecommunications is a fixed wireless and wholesale network infrastructure carrier based on Australia's east coast. NodeOne is a fixed wireless broadband provider and licensed telecommunications carrier based in Western Australia. Tattarang holds a substantial shareholding in Swoop Holdings.
