Media Release: Clayton Utz recognised as Employer of Choice for Gender Equality tenth year in a row
The EOCGE criteria shifts with time to reflect the latest research into drivers of improved gender equality outcomes. It examines employers' progress in areas such as: leadership, learning and development, gender remuneration gaps, flexible working and other initiatives to support family responsibilities, employee consultation, preventing harassment and discrimination, and targets for improving gender equality outcomes.
Our Chief Executive Partner Emma Covacevich said:
"We want Clayton Utz to be a place where our people are able to thrive and empowered to reach their potential regardless of gender. I’m proud of the work we’ve done which has led to our latest EOCGE citation.
Gender equality is crucial to our firm’s success as an employer of choice for our people, and as a leading adviser for our clients. We know the path to gender equality is ongoing and we’ll continue to build on the steps we’ve taken to date.”
