Program details

It's been a long road, but the destination is in sight: graduation. You'll put on a cap and gown, and get the reward for all your hard work. Now what?

A thoughtful, tailored graduate program is what's next. And that's where we come in.

With us, you will work on complex and sophisticated legal issues, and get the support and collaboration you need as you transition from student to practitioner.

Your program will kick off with PLT+, local training and a comprehensive national orientation program in Sydney. During this time, you will learn from the best in the industry, gain insights and practical tools to set you up for success and best of all, build meaningful connections and collaborate with your peers.

From there, you'll get:

• three rotations of six months in our national practice groups;
• structured support tailored to your needs, with mentoring from some of the best lawyers in the country;
• a buddy who'll give you the inside information;
• a development program with multiple in-person workshops, including an opportunity to immerse yourself in a client simulation where you tackle problems from the perspective of a General Counsel;
• meaningful performance feedback so you know you're on the right track;
• continuing legal education programs and professional development support so you can become the lawyer you want to be;
• the chance to participate in our Community Connect and Pro Bono programs and really give back; and
• social and sporting activities, because we know it's not all work and no play.
