Case Study: An ASX Evolution: FINEOS Corporation
The Background
We advised FINEOS Corporation Holdings PLC, a global enterprise software company in the employee benefits accident and health industries, on its initial public offering (IPO), secondary raisings, employee incentive schemes and other Australian corporate law matters.
Our Services
Our team advised ASX listed Irish insurance software company, FINEOS Corporation Holdings PLC on its successful AUD$713 million IPO, being the largest foreign technology company listed on ASX at the time. We have been FINEOS’s trusted Australian legal advisers since its IPO and have supported FINEOS through its journey as an ASX-listed company and its continued growth. Following its listing, our team has advised FINEOS on various matters including their employee incentive scheme, periodic reporting requirements, matters relating to continuous disclosure and a number of secondary raisings.
Most recently, we advised FINEOS on its successful placement to sophisticated, professional and other institutional investors to raise AUD$40 million. The funding raise comprised a fully underwritten AUD$35 million institutional placement and a AUD$5 million placement to FINEOS founder and CEO Michael Kelly. Our continued support of FINEOS demonstrates our strong relationship with FINEOS, which is ongoing and has lasted over half a decade. We are delighted to continue guiding FINEOS through its life on the ASX and be their trusted partner as they continue to grow.
