Conducting a successful investigation is a challenging and often difficult task. Investigators must possess a broad range of skills to effectively conduct an investigation and appropriately manage legal risks and issues that arise during the investigatory process.

This workshop explores the necessary elements for conducting a legally sound and robust investigation. It also examines emerging legal issues and trends in investigative practices and procedures
