  • Natural justice rules

Session 4 – Evidence and practical skills

  • Key issues in gathering evidence
  • Conducting interviews
  • Witness statements and affidavits
  • Assessing and evaluating the evidence.

Session 5 – Concluding an investigation

  • Preparing the investigation report
  • Reviewability of investigation reports
  • Filing, notification and recordkeeping
  • Closing out an investigation.
