Native Title
Our Native Title and Indigenous Cultural Heritage Services Group operates nationally with practitioners based in our Brisbane, Darwin, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney offices.
Overview
We have a deep understanding of the requirements of government, project developers and First Nations Peoples in the management of issues relating to native title, Indigenous cultural heritage and Indigenous land rights. The team has acted on the largest engagements in Australia, whether that be on major projects, policy development or on the development of Australia’s first treaties with First Nations Peoples.
