Overview
Those transactions are across the full spectrum of asset classes including aircraft, ships, yellowgoods and other similar equipment, rolling stock, IT equipment, and medical equipment, among others. We provide advisory and transaction services to leading national and international participants, including:
- arrangers and packagers;
- financiers;
- equity participants; and
- lessees and operators.
The group's wide experience covers all forms of leasing (including both domestic and cross-border), ECA franchising and guarantees, secured debt facilities, operational support and regulatory advice. Our Asset Finance specialists are also supported by experts in finance, leasing, stamp duty, insurance and insolvency. We have close links with many international law firms across Asia, the United States and Europe and regularly provide them with opinions and advice on the impact of Australian law on cross-border transactions.
