Australian Capital Territory
Subject to the passing of appropriate legislation and other requirements being addressed, PEXA may be available from May 2019 for certain Australian Capital Territory land instruments.
Northern Territory
Electronic conveyancing is not currently available in the Northern Territory. The Territory has passed the Electronic Conveyancing (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2013 (NT) with the legislation proclaimed on 17 July 2013.
Tasmania
Electronic conveyancing is not currently available in Tasmania. The Tasmanian Parliament has passed the Electronic Conveyancing (Adoption of National Law) Act 2013 (Tas) with the legislation proclaimed on 19 November 2013.
