- Acting for the Bayer Group in its defence of a class action relating to the Essure medical device.
- Acting for the Philips Group in relation to a class action and related matters arising from the global medical device recall of certain sleep and ventilator devices.
- Acted for the VW Group in five class actions in the Federal Court of Australia, in respect of diesel emissions and regulatory issues.
- Acting for Jaguar Land Rover Australia in two class actions in the Federal Court relating to certain vehicles with diesel particulate filters.
- Defended Merck & Co., Inc. and Merck Sharp & Dohme (Australia) Pty Limited in what was then considered to be the largest product liability class action in Australia.
- Advising a global battery manufacturer on product liability issues and a product recall including compliance with the Australian Consumer Law and engagement with the ACCC and energy regulators.
