Notable Work
  • High Worth Individuals/Family Offices: principal advisor to a number of high net worth individuals and their family offices on their global tax and estate planning needs.
  • Multinational Organisations: assisted two multinational organisations in successfully defending major global reconstructions from attack under Australia's general anti-avoidance rules (Part IVA) including representing the entities before the General Anti-Avoidance Rule Panel (GAAR Panel).
  • Project Wickenby: achieved a number of successful resolutions of tax audits into the affairs of a series of high wealth individuals conducted as a result of Project Wickenby.
  • Foreign Listed Entities: principal tax advisor on a number of global reorganisations of foreign listed entities with Australian assets.
