  • Major telecommunications programs: Acting for an Australian Government entity on its major telecommunications reform programme since 2018. *
  • Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water: Assisting the Department with its Regional Land Partnerships Program, being a core component of the government's $1 billion investment under its National Landcare Program. *
  • Department of Finance: Acting for the Department in multiple whole of Australian Government procurements.  This has included on the establishment of the Stationery and Office Supplies Panel, and twice, the Master Media Agency Services Arrangement. *
  • Department of Home Affairs/DTA: Acted for Home Affairs (and DTA) on the Australian Government's procurement of a reusable whole of government permissions capability which was initially used to support the reopening of Australia's borders following the COVID-19 pandemic. *
  • Department of Health: Acted for the Department on the unprecedented $3 billion major fast track procurement program as part of the Australian Government's COVID-19 response. *
  • Government Procurement (Judicial Review) Act: Acting for a Commonwealth department in respect of compensation claims under the GPJR Act. *
  • Privacy: Led the team providing privacy and secrecy advice to the on significant national initiatives such as COVID-19 vaccination certificates and check-in apps, National Bushfire Response and SingleTouchPayroll. *
  • Australian Digital Health Agency: Acted in the establishment of the Agency which assumed responsibility as the system operator for the MyHealthRecord.  The Agency was the first corporate Commonwealth entity established under the Public Governance Performance and Accountability Act 2013. *
