- Philips Group: acting in a class action and related matters arising from a global medical device recall of certain sleep and ventilator devices.
- Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Ethicon Sàrl and Ethicon, Inc: acts in two class actions concerning medical devices.
- Merck & Co., Inc. and Merck Sharp & Dohme (Australia) Pty Limited: acted successfully in the Vioxx product liability class action in Australia.
- GD Searle & Co and Monsanto: acted successfully in the Australian group action proceedings involving the Copper 7 intrauterine contraceptive device.
- Acted in the successful defence of the Australian Fen-Phen class action litigation.
- St Jude Medical Inc: acted in the defence and subsequent resolution of the two class actions that were brought against St Jude Medical Inc in relation to implantable cardiac pacemakers.
- Cynosure Australia: acted in several proceedings brought in the Federal Court of Australia in respect of a hi-tech laser and medical devices involving product liability, efficacy and technology claims.
