- ACT Property Developer: Acting for a large ACT property developer in ACT Supreme Court proceedings brought by the Commissioner for Fair Trading in relation to the advertising and promotion of a 400+ unit apartment development.
- The Patch Australia: Successfully defended proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia as well as on appeal to the Full Court claiming misleading and deceptive conduct when entering into a joint venture for real estate marketing.
- ACT Owners Corporation: Acting for a 300+ unit apartment complex in proceedings brought by the nominee of the builder seeking to challenge a rectification order requiring the nominee to personally undertake rectification work valued in excess of $20m.
