  • Bushfire Recovery Victoria: advised in connection with the clean-up process and temporary accommodation project following the 2020 bushfires.
  • nbn: advised on the negotiation of significant technology procurement and support contracts for the long-term development and maintenance of Australia’s regional wireless broadband network.
  • Department of Transport and Planning: advised on a range of current and legacy projects, including the Future Public Transport Ticketing Project.
  • ExxonMobil: advised in construction and procurement issues across a broad portfolio of sites and projects both in Australia and overseas.
  • Client: acted for the head contractor on all phases of the Altona Recycled Water Treatment Plant Project and the West Werribee Salt Reduction Plant Project.
  • LNG processing facility: acted as a key adviser for one of the world’s largest oil and gas producers in the FEED and EPC phases of a project to construct a significant LNG processing facility.
  • Client: acted for a German manufacturer and installer of coal stacking and reclaiming equipment in connection with the operation and administration of the contracts for its Australian projects.
