- Marelli Group: advised on its €7bn debt restructure under Japanese simplified rehabilitation proceedings and the multi-jurisdictional restructuring of its debt and security arrangements.
- Allegiance Coal: advised controllers appointed by senior secured lenders on their controllership of ASX-listed Allegiance Coal and sale of its mining interests in Canada.
- Boeing Corporation: advised in connection with the voluntary administration of Virgin Australia.
- Insurance Commission of Western Australia: advised in the $1.8bn settlement of the Bell Group liquidation proceedings.
- Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal: advised a key shipper and shareholder on the $2.8bn restructure of WICET's senior debt facilities through a scheme of arrangement.
- Voluntary administrators of Topshop (Australia): advised the voluntary administrators of Topshop (Australia) and associated asset sale to Philip Green's Arcadia Group
- Electricite de France: advised in connection with the voluntary administration of Paladin Energy.
- Peabody Energy Corporation: advised in relation to Australian aspects of its Chapter 11 filing and financing associated with its emergence from Chapter 11, and in connection with its subsequent US$250m receivables financing facilities with PNC Bank and other US and Australian facilities.
- Coronado Global Resources: advised on US$700m acquisition facilities provided in connection with its acquisition of Curragh mine and other financings, including its 2021 US$350m high yield notes offering, US$100m ABL facility and associated intercreditor arrangements, its subsequent $150m ABL facility, and its $US400m high yield notes refinancing in 2024.
- Journey Beyond Group: advised Hornblower Inc on US$450m acquisition financing facilities provided by US funds in connection with Hornblower Inc's acquisition of Journey Beyond from Quadrant Private Equity, and subsequently advised Journey Beyond on its 2024 A$495m TLB facility.
