Clayton UtzRobert advises private and Government clients about regulatory obligations, obtaining and varying project approvals, and managing relationships with regulators and stakeholders. He has a particular focus on energy, transport, infrastructure and mining projects. He is a specialist in native title and traditional owner matters, land tenure issues, compulsory acquisition and Crown land dealings and approvals.
Robert's disputes practice focuses on contamination and pollution claims and enforcement, planning appeals, and judicial review of administrative decisions.
He also has a discrete specialist practice advising telecommunications carriers and landowners about carrier land access powers and facilities sharing obligations under the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth).
