Overview

A leading litigator with over thirty years' experience in resolving disputes and in conducting and defending litigation in the superior courts, as well as advising on urgent interlocutory relief. Scott has represented private and public sector clients in complex, large-scale and high-profile litigation in a diverse range of areas. Scott is regularly consulted by clients across all sectors on issues relating to statutory interpretation, contracting, IP, trade practices, media, marketing and advertising, distribution together with governance and compliance issues.
