    • the structuring of PEP's core private equity funds (PEP Funds VI & VII), as well as PEP's Secure Assets and Capital Solutions funds;
    • various tax structuring issues in relation to the acquisition of lifestyle communities business Serenitas alongside Mirvac: and 
    • PEP's public takeover of ASX-listed Healthia Limited.
  • Intermediate Capital Group (ICG): Advising on ICG Asia Pacific Fund IV’s acquisition of Cura Day Hospitals Group from Fresenius, and various other investments held by ICG fund entities.
  • Cranemere: Advising Cranemere and its partner Velocity Vehicle Group on the Australian acquisition of Daimler truck and bus dealerships.
  • Employee share schemes: Providing tax advice on the income tax implications of various employee share and option schemes for both employers and employees.
