Timon is an experienced adviser and regularly acts in a range of structured finance, real estate finance, distressed debt and corporate finance transactions. - Myer: advising Myer in relation to the refinancing of existing credit facilities through a four-year AUD215,00,000 asset-based lending facility.
- Bis Industries Limited: advising the lending syndicate in relation to the AUD240,000,000 facilities provided to refinance Bis Industries' existing debt.
- Camp Australia: advising the senior lending syndicate, led by Allegro, in relation to the restructuring of Camp Australia's TLB facilities, including a debt-for-equity swap.
- Balmain: advising Balmain in relation to its acquisition of Investec's asset-based lending portfolio and on a number of further asset-based lending transactions.
- Gordon Brothers: advising Gordon Brothers in relation to its financing of Allegro's acquisition of the Toll Global Express business, utilising an asset-based lending structure.
- CBA: advising Commonwealth Bank of Australia on a number of real estate financing transactions, including an approx. AUD500,000,000 real estate financing solution for a private developer's portfolio of residential and commercial properties, comprising multiple acquisition facilities and construction facilities.
- Various investment banks: advising a number of investment banks in relation to equity derivative transactions involving ASX-listed companies, including transactions involving total return swap, forward and collar transactions.
- Moorebank Intermodal Company: advising MIC in relation to its five-year unsecured A$200,000,000 revolving debt facility.
