Overview
Vincent is an experienced and pragmatic litigator, highly regarded for his extensive experience in class actions, regulatory engagement, investigations and remediations. He is known for his ability to distil complex problems into simple solutions, and providing strategic and commercially valuable advice.
Vincent has successfully guided numerous entities, boards and individuals through some of the largest and most high-profile business interruption events.
Vincent becomes a partner on 1 January 2025.

- Jaguar Land Rover Australia: assisting in its defence of class action proceedings.
- Other class actions: assisting and advising various entities in relation to the defence of class action proceedings.
- Major investigations: advised various entities on complex multi-party and cross-boarder investigations and regulatory engagement.
- ASIC investigations and enforcements:assisted various financial services entities, including Commonwealth Bank of Australia, in successful defence of regulatory proceedings, at trial and on appeal, relating to conflicted remuneration and misleading and deceptive conduct.
- Directors and senior executives: acted for and assisted in regulatory examinations and investigations.
- BrisConnections companies: assisted in proceedings in the Federal Court in relation to Brisbane's AirportLink toll project.
- A major bank: assisted during the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services industry.
- Australian and international entities: assisted with various large-scale consumer remediation programs from the strategic management of the issue to the implementation of remediation program and ongoing operational and strategic advice.
- Confidential arbitrations: assisted in various arbitration proceedings, including on pricing and contractual disputes.
