  • Local government: uniquely qualified to deliver statutory planning input to local government clients. Skilled in the delivery of planning schemes, infrastructure plans, infrastructure charging instruments and various supporting documents.
  • Sunshine Energy: acted to secure the approval for the worlds largest single site solar farm.
  • Racing Queensland: acted in planning and resumption matters.
  • State Assessment and Referral Agency (SARA): assisted in the production of its initial model conditions.

  • Eureka Funds Management: acted in the major expansion and renovation of the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, which involved the demolition of a local heritage place and the permanent closure of significant roadways, as well as an extensive community engagement piece.
  • Queensland Government: acting in relation to a legal challenge brought by an environmental advocacy group, against its approval of CSG activities in the Bowen Basin.
