About the Lecture
Topic: Litigation v Arbitration – the score at half-time

Litigation and arbitration are alternative procedures for the resolution of disputes by adjudication. In this address Wayne Martin draws upon his experience as counsel, judge and arbitrator to assess the relative strengths and weaknesses of each process in a multi-factorial analysis. The assessment will assist counterparties and their advisors to determine which process best suits their potential dispute, and how to reduce any shortcomings in their chosen process.

Speaker: The Honourable Wayne Martin AC KC
