Clayton Utz is advising Infosys Limited (NYSE:INFY) on its recently announced up to A$98 million (including the upfront amount and earnouts, but excluding management incentives and retention bonuses) agreement to acquire leading information technology group The Missing Link.

Clayton Utz partners Walid Sukari and Samy Mansour headed the multi-disciplinary Clayton Utz team, alongside special counsel Mariam Azzo and lawyer Lauren Parnaby. The group had core support from IP & Technology senior associate Alexander Horder, as well as lawyers Cooper Greenberg, Tamara Charlwood, Jayden Hwang, Amel Saeed and Vishnu Natesh.

The Infosys in-house legal team that advised on the acquisition included Inderpreet Sawhney, Rakesh Udupi, Abhishek Sharma and Vandana Tansukhani.
