Vicki is a real estate specialist and has extensive experience advising on major projects, development transactions, acquisitions and disposals and leasing transactions – in asset classes that include commercial, industrial, retail, residential, student accommodation and the healthcare sector.
Vicki's expertise in the renewables space has seen her acting on the tenure and real estate aspects of solar, wind, hydro, BESS and energy from waste projects nationwide. Vicki has a particular interest in logistics development and has acted on the development of a multitude of industrial and supply chain sites throughout Australia.
Woolworths: advising on the development of supply chain sites throughout Australia, including:
- the $400m development and long-term leasing of a two storey distribution centre in Charter Hall's Light Horse Business Hub in Western Sydney;
- the $1.2bn development and long-term leasing of dual distribution centres at the Moorebank Logistics Park;
- the expansion and leasing of the Adelaide Distribution Centre at Gepps Cross; and
- the development and leasing of the Townsville Distribution Centre from Centuria.
LOGOS (now ESR): acting on development agreements, agreements for lease and leases for logistics centres in NSW, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia, including:
- the acquisition of a 7,956 square metre site at St Peters, NSW and the development of that site into a specialised facility for a Qantas flight training centre; and
- the development and long-term leasing of Mondelez International's new 42,744 square metre temperature-controlled and automated distribution facility at the Palmers Logistics Estate in Truganina, Victoria.
Peabody: acting on the property aspects of Peabody's mining joint venture with Glencore in relation to the Wambo Coal Mine and the property aspects of the Wilpinjong Coal Mine.
ACEnergy: acting on options to lease and purchase of sites around Australia for the development of solar farm and BESS projects, including the Pine Lodge BESS 250MW, Apsley BESS 120MW, as well as a 50MW/100MWh distribution battery portfolio.
Cleanaway: acting on the proposed acquisition of sites for energy from waste facilities and sale and leaseback of sites throughout Australia.
Samsung Electronics Australia: acting on the development and leasing of its corporate headquarters at Sydney Olympic Park and commercial and retail leasing throughout Australia.
Perpetual: advising on the leasing and fit-out of its corporate headquarters in Sydney and on all aspects of its property portfolio since 2011.
Woollahra Municipal Council: advising on its private public partnership with Woolworths for the staged development of the mixed use Kiaora Place centre, Double Bay, including the long-term lease back to Woolworths.
