- Forestry Corporation of NSW: advising on four separate renewable energy projects to be developed in State forest timber plantations.
- Seqwater: acting in relation to a number of large scale infrastructure projects including the Toowoomba to Warwick pipeline.
- State of Queensland: advising on the Forest Wind project over State forest area.
- Australia Pacific LNG: acting on its CSG to LNG project.
- Residential development projects: advised on projects for Stockland, Lendlease, Mirvac, Brookfield, Satterley, Sunland and Dahua.
- Northern Territory Government: acted on tenure and structuring options for the Sun Cable.
- Capital transactions: advised Stockland, Blackstone, Charter Hall, AXA and others.
- Natural Capital acquisitions and projects: Advising various clients including QIC and Tasman Environmental Markets.
