Known for his technical legal expertise and ability to simplify the complicated, Vince has over 25 years’ experience practising in a wide range of complex commercial litigation. Vince has acted in several landmark cases including the High Court cases which established the test for legal professional privilege in Australia and for "artificial price" under the market manipulation provisions of the Corporations Act.

- Advising the Villawood Group in Supreme Court proceedings concerning priority issues in respect of a contract for the sale of land.
- Advising the Marriner Group in Supreme Court injunction proceedings in respect of the sale of a business.
- Advising the vendors of Australia's largest dairy in connection with Supreme Court injunction proceedings relating to the sale, and two subsequent proceedings concerning post-acquisition disputes.
- Advising MedHealth in respect of a contract dispute in connection with a distribution agreement.
- Advising Australian Unity in respect of conflicts and takeover related issues including in respect of the obligations of advisors.
- Advising Sandhurst Capital in two proceedings in relation to the release of a deposit in a contract for the sale of land.
- Advising Sandhurst / Schofields in three proceedings in relation to a joint venture dispute and related action against the former solicitors.
- Advising Saputo in respect of the operation of lease “step in” rights and obligations.
- Advising Quest Frankston / Singleton / Collingwood in two related proceedings in the Federal Court regarding several sale / lease / franchise disputes and related Supreme Court proceedings seeking injunctive relief to restrain a landlord from entering into possession of hotel premises.
- Advising a franchisor of an international home goods manufacturer in Federal Court proceedings against a number of franchisees.
